"Sun-dried Red" is a special red tea production technique originating from Yunnan. The fermentation process of Pu'er Sun-dried Red leans towards a lighter oxidation with the involvement of slight oxygen. It releases most of the low-boiling point grassy aromas during fermentation, intensifying and retaining high-boiling point aromatic substances to achieve the unique sweetness and fragrance characteristic of red tea.

Fresh Leaf Plucking(One bud and three leaves)---Withering (Air-drying to evaporate moisture)---Rolling(Cell disruption)---Fermentation (emphasis on light oxidation fermentation)---Drying (sunlight drying)---Refinement Processing (For pressed tea)---Compression (Forming into tea cakes)
