CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We accept returns for apparel items within 14 days of delivery.

Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. For now return shipping is customer-paid, and we currently do not offer prepaid return labels.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will email you the return address and instructions.

After your package has been shipped, please return to the same page to enter your tracking number so we can follow your return and process the refund smoothly.Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and reviewed.

As a gentle reminder, for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

tea, drinks, and edible products once opened

beauty and skincare items after opening

crystal and energy products, as each piece is uniquely aligned and personalized for your energy (non-returnable)

bodysuit, panties and intimate pieces can only be returned if the hygiene seal and packaging remain completely unopened.

Once opened, tried on, or if the seal is removed, these items become final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

These items are considered final sale.

WHERE IS MY RETURN?

Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is  accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your  return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return at returns.dearf.co and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send photo&videos of the delivery of the damaged product with your order number to help@dearf.co within 5 business days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you with a resolution. Please note that we are unable to process any damage-related claims submitted after this time. Kindly note that natural variations in crystals (such as inclusions, color bands, or surface texture) are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. For apparel or wearable items, manufacturing faults such as broken seams, zippers, or closures may be eligible for a refund or replacement if reported within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.
For crystal and energy products, please note that natural inclusions, color variations, and texture differences are expected and not considered faults.

What Are The Benefits?

SATIN offers an elevated tier of benefits, including first access to select collections, complimentary shipping perks, expedited refunds on returns, and priority one-to-one support.

How is my tier assigned?

Anyone can become a VELVET member by signing up with your email.
Customers may qualify for SATIN status through any of the following:
Completing 5 purchases within a calendar year
Reaching the annual qualifying spend (see benefit chart)
Engaging with our brand community through 10 meaningful actions within a calendar year

How long does SATIN last?

SATIN status remains active from the moment a customer qualifies until the end of the following calendar year. To maintain SATIN status, customers need to requalify each calendar year, and their progress toward SATIN status resets at the beginning of every calendar year.
For example, you qualify for SATIN January 10, 2026. You are SATIN for the rest of 2026, and all of 2027. You will need to re-qualify in 2027 to be SATIN in 2028.

How can I use my benefits?

Simply sign in to your DearF account when shopping.
Eligible benefits—such as exclusive pricing, early access, complimentary shipping, or gifts—will be applied automatically or delivered to you by email.

When do I see my earned tier progression?

Tier progression should reflect in your account within 24hrs after the order is shipped. Please check your email to see your tier.

What is the engagement category?

Engagement refers to challenges and actions within the dearf loyalty program that allow VELVET members to earn toward SATIN status by completing specific actions or tasks.
Completing these challenges gets members closer to the 10-actions SATIN threshold.

How do I complete 10 meaningful actions?

To reach 10, you need to complete multiple engagement challenges or actions offered in the program.
New challenges will be introduced throughout the year, so check back on www.dearf.co !

How do expedited returns work?

SATIN member returns will receive priority processing once the return is received at our warehouse. Most refunds are issued within 24 hours of receipt.

How do priority restock notifications work?

As a VELVET Member and/or SATIN, if you sign up for a product restock notification, you will be notified via email first to shop the product when it’s back in stock.

What are promotions and how do I get them?

Promotions are tailored offers or promotions based on individual preferences or purchase history, made available to members through our webside. You will be notified if you have a promotion available.

How do I access SATIN customer service?

SATIN members automatically get priority access to customer service via chat, email and text. SATIN members outside the UK automatically get priority access to customer service via chat (during existing customer service hours) and email.

Do past engagement actions apply?

No, past Engagement actions do not apply. All actions taken after joining as a Member will contribute to your overall Engagement progression within the program.

Does SATIN get engagement actions?

Yes, SATIN members can still be rewarded for Engagement by completing challenges and actions.
Throughout the year, dearf may activate particular Engagement challenges for SATIN members to receive additional personalized rewards. Keep an eye on website and your email!

Does status progression expire?

Progress in these categories will reset at the beginning of each calendar year as customers need to re-qualify for SATIN status annually.

What happens to status when I return items?

Returning items will affect your progress towards achieving certain criteria for SATIN status. Returned items will not count towards status and progress and will be deducted after items are returned.

What if my order is partly canceled?

Cancellations or adjustments made to your order will affect your progress in achieving the Spend or Order criteria. The spend and/or order count progression will be deducted after a part cancellation or adjustment.

How do gift cards affect status?

If you purchase the gift card, the purchase will count towards your spend category
progression. If you use a gift card to purchase items (but did not purchase the gift card), this will count towards your order count category progression.

How do I change the country of my account?

You can change your country in your account by contacting customer service by email. You will only be able to change country once in a 12-month period.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for it to be packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

For made-to-order or pre-order pieces, an additional 7–12 business days of production time will apply.

International Shipping Times

Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs clearance. As a general guide, most international orders arrive within:

• United States / Canada: 10–20 business days

• United Kingdom / Europe: 10–20 business days

• Middle East: 12–22 business days

• Asia–Pacific: 7–15 business days

• Rest of World: 12–25 business days

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.

CAN I CHANGE ADDRESS INFORMATION ON MY CURRENT ORDER?

DearF orders begin processing as soon as submitted and typically cannot be stopped or changed. However, once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any

address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods can significantly impact the delivery processing time(s) and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.

For international orders:

Your shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number and the name of the logistics provider.

To request an address update, simply contact the carrier listed in your tracking information and provide your tracking number.

Availability of address changes depends entirely on the carrier’s policies and local customs regulations.

To make sizing easy to navigate, we’ve organized our Size Guide into three clear categories:

Everyday Fit™ for apparel,

AdornSizes™ covers all jewelry and body chains, including rings, bracelets, necklaces, waist chains, and anklets.

We recommend checking your measurements before ordering to ensure the best fit.

HOW SHOULD MY BRA FIT?

The ideal fit is when the band lies straight, around the front and back of the body. The

center of the bra lies flat against the breastbone, separating the breasts. The underwires should not cut or poke into the breast tissue and the sides of your bra should lie smoothly without binding or cutting.

How do you ensure quality?

Care instructions for my DearF bra? 

• Hand wash is ideal, do this when you can

• If you cannot hand wash, a mesh lingerie bag should be used in the washing machine

• Always hang to dry. Dryers break down elastic and can cause cups to become deformed

• When storing, avoid folding one cup into the other. This causes creases and the edge of the cup to flip outward and breaks down the overall shape of your bra
